goCloudOffice® engages service businesses for defined scopes of work. Each request describes one engagement and the qualifications it calls for, so your business can judge the fit before it responds.
How this works
Responses are accepted from businesses (corporations, LLCs, partnerships and established sole proprietorships) only. Each request for qualifications sets out the scope of services, the qualifications it calls for and the steps that follow a response, and your business responds through the form that accompanies the request.
Every engagement is business to business. A written services agreement and a statement of work set out the services, the rate and the payment terms, and your business invoices for the services it delivers. Each request names its contracting parties: your business contracts either with goCloudOffice or with the goCloudOffice customer that receives the services, and the request states which.
Your business directs its own work and personnel, performs the services under its own business name, uses its own equipment and business identity, and remains free to serve its other clients. Providers propose their own rates and commercial terms. goCloudOffice and its customers specify the outcomes, service levels and site and security policies the services must meet; how the services are delivered is your business's decision.

Our current requests for qualifications, each with its response form, are published on our request page, hosted by Manatal.
How we handle the information in a response. When your business responds to one of our requests for qualifications, you do so on a page hosted by Manatal, the platform that stores responses for us in the United States. We receive the business information in your response and the names, contact details and professional background of the people your business names in it. We use that information only to evaluate the response against the posted qualifications, to hold a qualification call, to check references, and to keep the records that contracting and record-keeping laws require. People at goCloudOffice make every selection decision; we may use AI-assisted tools to organize and summarize responses, and you may ask us to review your response without them. We keep response records for four years, and we do not sell or share them.
